Mindfulness By Claire Tarplee.

As I mentioned in my past personal post, I have been really working on my mindfulness, and although it is still a conscious effort to set aside time daily to take care of my mind, I am feeling SO much better for it. I’m not saying each day is full of super perfect, fluffy pink moments. For me, it’s more so that if I don’t meditate OR I let myself be pressured about things out of my control in the future, then I’ve noticed I complete lose my flow and my day has an off balance to it.
