1.  We were lucky to experience the Bodyback Buddy Jr. Triggar Point Self-massage Tool this past week at training. This junior size bodyback makes it convenient and useful to bring to the track and travel with. It feels great on the back, glutes and tight ART targeted areas of the body. ( $24.99)

2. This fresh looking run jacket is the Columbia Women’s Flashback Windbreaker Park Edition Jacket- Spring comes with some early morning windy runs. We love this pretty windbreaker from one of our favorite outdoor companies.  $1 goes to the national parks foundation with every purchase! ( $60.00)

3. Hoka One One Clayton- This pretty little lightweight newbie added to the Hoka One One line is an awesome new running shoe. It is uncompromised in support and a great shoe for recovery runs and progression tempos! We cannot get enough! ( $150)

4. We are always looking for functional but good looking track bags. Lululemon has hit the spot with this detailed and lightweight ‘Run All Day’ backpack with a gorgeous print. It has enough zippers (plus a removable shoe bag) to divide the stinky from the clean and has a great front double run strap and body sculpting shape. ( $118.00)

5. Rio is the inspiration behind Sweaty Betty‘s spring/summer designs. These vibrant prints will give you some brazilian flare as we get ready for an exciting summer ahead. We LOVE bright bold printed tights this season, the Splits 7/8 Run Leggings are our favorite paired with the Anusara yoga vest for effortless cool. ( $75, $40)  

6. Coffee is our all year round staple. We havent switched to the ice variety yet which makes this ‘pre-run demitasse’ coffee mug a morning must have. Tracksmith brings something new to the running apparel market, giving a mix of traditional inspired run essentials at the highest quality, this new premium run brand is one to watch out for. Check out their women’s styles online. ( $16).

7. We were introduced to Rogue voodoo floss last month. It acts lightly light a jar opener for your joints. You can wrap it around specific areas of the body and perform  ‘range of motion’ exercises. Tight ankles love it and run specific uses can be advised by a PT or found online. (rogue fitness $24)

8. Roll Recovery introduced a new product, the R3, to target specific areas of the foot to stretch the platter fascia!  They title it for feet but soon discover it can be used on various other parts of the body. ( $26.99)

9. Swell water bottles have been a hit with us for a while. We love this companies chic vibe and specifically the beautiful wood collection, pictured above is the LILY WOOD. Check out the rest of their awesome designs online. ( $25)

10. Belle Lap is all about quality apparel and footwear yet we couldn’t help but notice the fairly new Forever 21 fitness line. It is certainly fashion forward but it is to our understanding and experience the same quality as the rest of the store. We did sneak a peak  at this fun ‘happy place yoga mat’ and various other good looking and inexpensive products that are worth checking out. ( $9.90)

MM. Brooks Beast and 800m speedster Megan Malasarte is our running fashionista for our spring favorites feature. Megan is always looking ultra chic on and off the track and is the BBTC go-to lady for style advice.
